⏰ Why is my MVR Pending?

There could be several reasons why your MVR is pending:

  • 👉 OH takes up to 1 Hour.
  • 👉 HI can take 2-3 Hours.
  • 👉 PA can take 1-2 Bus. days and will NOT be processed without the RELEASE and SSN.
  • The DMV data link could be down - please check your account dashboard for status updates and go to https://status.mvrcheck.com
  • Incorrect information was submitted and caused the search to error.
  • The search could simply be "stuck" due to an internal system issue - Submit a Support Ticket

Periodically, the DMV may perform maintenance on their records which will prevent your MVRs from completing and they will show as PENDING.

Once the DMV data link is back online your reports will automatically complete.
