ℹ️ What does "Last Name Not Match" on MVR mean?

If you receive the below message on an MVR Report it is INFORMATIONAL only and simply means that you submitted an incorrect last name when ordering - ie. you reversed the first name and last name.

CAUTION: REPORT LAST NAME DOES NOT MATCH ORDER LAST NAME

💡The Report is VALID as long as the DL No on the report matches the Drivers DL No on their license. You should always verify the Name, DOB and DL No are correct on the review order screen.
