You will receive a Duplicate Order Message along with a list of prior orders if the applicants name, dob, ssn or email address is in the system from a prior order - this helps eliminate duplicate orders.

👉 Click NEXT to continue with the order if you are placing a second order due to the first order being returned with NO RECORDS FOUND.


NOTE: If you received a NO RECORDS FOUND on an MVR Report due to incorrectly submitted information you must create a NEW ORDER with the correct information. You will be charged for the NEW ORDER. You may receive the ALERT notice above when creating the new order. Select NEXT to continue the order and provide the corrected information to properly receive the driving records from the State. You will then have 2 orders in your account based on name - the first order that contained incorrect information such as DOB, SSN or DL Number and the new updated order with the corrected information.
