π How can a Driver Dispute their Records?
Per FCRA, an applicant (driver) is entitled to a free copy of their screening report. If they find any inaccurate information or have questions on their records they can follow the guide below based on the records provided. MVRcheck.com is not involved in making any determinations for employment or insurance and have no control over the records being reported.
Employers and Applicants need to verify the information screened which includes: Name, DOB, SSN, Drivers License Number and State. If any information is not correct the employer should order a new report with the correct applicant information.

Our Driving Records come directly from the State DMV and we have no control over what is reported.

π The applicant can submit a Contact Request if they feel that their Name, DOB and DL number are not correct on their MVR and/or if they need help contacting the DMV.
π FMCSA PSP Driving Records
Our PSP Records come directly from the FMCSA and we have no control over what is reported.
The applicant will need to contact the FMCSA to submit an RDR (Request for Data Review).

Our county court traffic data comes directly from County Court Records.
π The applicant can submit a Contact Request if they need help contacting the County Court or if they feel that their information is not correct on their county court report.
π§ͺ Drug Screening Results
Our drug tests are performed by certified labs that utilize Quest, Labcorp and Alere Testing sites.
π Drug Tests are reviewed by an MRO (Medical Review Officer) before the results are released to the employer. If an applicant feels the results are not correct they will need to contact the MRO.
π The applicant can submit a Contact Request if they need help contacting the MRO.
π§ͺ FMCSA Clearinghouse Results
The Clearinghouse contains records of violations of drug and alcohol prohibition including positive drug or alcohol test results and test refusals. When a driver completes the return-to-duty (RTD) process and follow-up testing plan, this information is also recorded in the Clearinghouse.
Drivers may challenge only the accuracy of information reported, not the accuracy or validity of test results or refusals.

π DOT Employment Verifications
Our DOT employment verification receives information directly from the previous employer. DOT requires certain questions be asked regarding driver safety.
π The applicant will need to contact their previous employer regarding inaccurate information.
