We have no control over what they report and no additional information regarding the MVR.

The driver can mail or fax a request for verification of license:

👉 Send letter requesting verification of your Hawaii Driver’s License with Your Name, Address, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Signature.

To obtain a traffic abstract, driving record or outstanding violations clearance:

Please contact the Traffic Violations Bureau at 808-538-5500 for driving record and/or clearance.

You can mail your request to 1111 Alakea Street, 2nd Floor, Honolulu, HI 96813.
