What are Tasks?

Tasks are automatically created when you have an action item such as an Expiring or Expired MVR, MedCard, Drivers License, or COV. When you resolve a task - you can click the EDIT button and change the status to COMPLETED or PENDING OR you can DELETE the task. You can also click the NOTIFY button that will email and text the driver. You will also receive a weekly Task Report.
