📝 Are signed Authorizations Required?

YES – A signed authorization from the applicant/driver is required prior to ordering an MVR or PSP report. You can keep the form in your files and/or upload to the MVR Order. PSP reports will NOT be processed until the authorization is emailed to Compliance@MVRcheck.com or attached to the order. We also provide a digital form option for your applicants which saves time.

As an employer, you must notify the applicant in writing – separate from the job application – that an MVR, PSP or Drug Screening report may be used.

If using your company form, you can attach it during the order on the order summary page.
