🚨 Why was the GA Driver License not found?
Several DMVs will check the Name, DOB and DL Number for Identity verification before returning the MVR. If any one of those are not correct, your MVR will be returned as NO RECORD FOUND.
👉 The most likely cause is an incorrect DL Number.
👉 If the number is correct then check the Name and make sure you did not reverse the first and last name on the order.
👉 If all of the above are correct then check the DOB. (Note: For PA, you will need to verify the SSN.)
GA Licenses can be confusing when trying to determine the first and last name.
Line 2 = First Name
Line 1 = Last Name
You will need to determine the issue on why the MVR was returned as NO RECORD and Submit a New Order with the correct information.
