🚨What is "License Not Found" on the MVR?
You will receive a “LICENSE NOT FOUND” or “NO RECORD FOUND” on an MVR REPORT if:
- #1 Issue: You entered an incorrect Drivers License Number.
- #2 Issue: You entered an incorrect Name or reversed the first and last name.
- #3 Issue: You entered an incorrect Date of Birth. For PA, also verify the SSN.
Our reports are transmitted DIRECTLY from the State DMV records; therefore, we CANNOT provide a REFUND for “NOT FOUND” reports.
- Recheck all entered information and resubmit your order.
- The DMV does NOT provide rechecks or refunds.
