💲Do you provide Refunds?
No - Since MVRs are instant the DMV does not provide refunds or rechecks.
"License not Found" on an MVR is a result of an incorrect DL NO, DOB or Name.
You will need to verify the information from the actual license and place a new order using the correct information.
Contact Support and provide a legible copy of the DL and we can determine the issue for you so you can properly place a new order. Credit Card chargebacks will result in account suspension.
