✏️ How to Order a CANADA MVR

🇨🇦 Provinces Available: Ontario, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia.
👉 The above Provinces only require a general release.
ORDER PROCESS:
▪️ Select ORDER - NEW ORDER 
▪️ Select MVR DRIVING HISTORY - click NEXT ➜
▪️Reference field is optional and for your use (ie. FL Location, Warehouse Driver, Annual Check, etc..)
▪️ Enter Required fields: Name and DOB - click NEXT ➜

Note: You must enter the Applicants eMail address to send Adverse Action Letters, Summary of Rights and Notice to Consumer notifications.

▪️ Enter DL NO and Canada Province (scroll to bottom of list) - click NEXT ➜
▪️ Review ORDER and click COMPLETE

If you have multiple drivers to check click COMPLETE and NEXT.


STEP 1: Enter Name and DOB

🚨 NOTICE: Enter the Name as shown on the Drivers License.

STEP 2: DL NO and PROVINCE

🚨 NOTICE: Each applicant must be ordered separately since the DMV checks the Name, DOB and DL Number before returning records. You can check multiple State licenses for a single driver on the MVR Order screen by clicking "Another License" but you CANNOT add different drivers to the same MVR order.

STEP 3: REVIEW SCREEN

🚨 NOTICE: Review the order on the Order Summary Page to make sure the Name, DOB and DL Number are correct. The DMV does NOT provide refunds. You can also upload a signed release.
